What is the difference between a hot tub and a swim spa?

These are very different products, even though they are often used interchangeably!

• A hot tub will be much smaller than a swim spa.
• Hot tubs and swim spas have quite a bit in common in terms of features, such as seating, jets, control systems, etc. However, swim spas boast larger tank areas and very high-powered jet systems.
• Swim spas tend to cost a little bit more, mostly because the system itself is quite large.
• Hot tubs, depending on the model, tend to offer more seating options than swim spas.
